We take pride in our origins and the journey we've embarked upon as a dedicated family business. The Company is 100% owned by Sheleka Bijailall, which makes Air Design Projects a BBBEE Level 1 Contributor. Sheleka has a B.com Degree in Business Management, with Years of Experience in the Finance Sector of Business in both the Public and Private Sectors. Sheleka has consulted with Businesses implementing smoother work processes ensuring businesses achieve their objectives in an economical & efficient manner whilst Servicing Client Needs and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Shane Bijailall, our Chief Operating Officer (COO), stands at the helm of operations, infusing technical expertise into every corner of our service offerings.
Shane's Expertise:
• In the Airconditioning Industry Since: 2001
• Formative Years: At Genmet Engineering, he began by mastering the manufacturing of ducting and ventilation systems for air conditioning.
• Leadership Role: Progressed to become the Workshop Manager at Genmet Engineering, proving his mettle and commitment to excellence.
• Design Prowess: Gained valuable experience in designing HVAC layouts using CAD during his time at Draft-Air.
• Project Management: Joined Amakhaza Moia as a Project Manager, fine-tuning his oversight on installation and project management within the HVAC realm.
• Maintenance Mastery: Further honed his skills with Amp Air Gauteng, taking charge as a Project Manager with an additional focus on maintenance aspects of HVAC.
Through his diverse experiences and relentless dedication to the industry, Shane embodies the spirit of innovation and quality that we uphold at our core. Shane has worked on many projects across the country with more than 2 decades of experience under his belt.
